How do I register for this course?
Registering for the course is easy! Simply Click Here, enter the required information, and begin the course. The process only takes a few minutes!
How long is this course?
The Florida Department of Highway and Motor Vehicles requires that the course is timed to take four (4) hours to complete. It doesn’t have to be completed in one sitting, however, so you may break up that time however you would like to. Every time you log off, your progress will be automatically saved.
Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?
Absolutely not! One of the best benefits of our course is the ability to log on and off as you please. You are able to work at your own pace on your own schedule. Of course, if you would like to, you are welcome to complete the entire course in one sitting. The choice is yours!
How do I receive course credit?
Upon completion, we take care of processing your completion certificate in two different ways. First, we electronically submit it directly to the DHSMV within 24 hours of graduation. In addition, we will ship you a physical copy, which in most cases, must be returned to the court that issued your citation.
How much is the course? How can I pay?
Our course price is an everyday value at $7.95. There are a few additional fees. Our Course Price page has more information about this and what is included.You can pay for the course in a couple different ways. The most common way is via credit or debit card on our secure server. How often can I take this course?
The Florida Department of Highway and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) only allows the course to be taken once every 12 months. In addition, you may only take the course five (5) times in a lifetime.
What if my due date has passed?
If your due date has passed, we cannot grant an extension. You can, however, contact your issuing court to see if there are any extension options available directly through them.
Can I use someone else’s computer?
Of course! Our course can be accessed from any computer or other device with internet access.
How many questions are on the final exam?
There are 40 questions on the final exam. You will need an 80% to pass. If you don’t pass, you can take the final as many times as you need to achieve a passing score.
What if I have no email address?
An email address is not required to complete our course.
